Overview
Notifications keeps you informed about orders, security events, deals and more. You control which categories reach you, and the sidebar bell shows your unread count.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Dashboard → Notifications.
- Unread items are highlighted; click the dot to mark one read, or use Mark all read in the header.
- Open Preferences and toggle each category (e.g. deals, security, product updates). Your choices are saved per-account.
- When a category is switched off, the system stops creating those notifications for you.
Common mistakes
- Turning off Security notifications — keep these on so you are warned about new sign-ins.
- Expecting email for every notification; some events are in-app only unless email is configured.
Best practices
- Keep security and order notifications enabled; mute only low-value categories.
- Clear your unread list regularly so the badge stays meaningful.
