Overview
The Profile page holds your personal details. You can upload a photo (stored on the Goji CDN), set your display name and contact info, and write a short bio. Your email is fixed because it is also your login.
Step-by-step guide
- Open Dashboard → Profile.
- Click your avatar to upload a photo — it uploads instantly and is optimised automatically. Use Remove to go back to initials.
- Edit First and last name, Display name, Phone, Website and Bio, then Save.
- Your email is read-only here because it is your sign-in identity.
- Your current plan badge is shown with an Upgrade link.
Common mistakes
- Trying to change your email here — manage sign-in identity from Security/Support instead.
- Uploading a very large image; a square photo around 400×400 looks best.
- Leaving the display name blank if you want a friendly name shown instead of your full legal name.
Best practices
- Use a clear, recognisable photo so teammates can identify you in the activity log.
- Keep your phone and website current — they appear on documents where relevant.
