Overview

The Activity log is a security and audit timeline for your business workspace. It records who did what and when, including the IP and browser, so you can review changes and spot anything unexpected.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Dashboard → Activity.
  2. Scroll the timeline to see actions such as sign-ins, profile updates, settings changes, staff changes and billing changes.
  3. Each entry shows the actor, time, and context (IP / browser) where available.
  4. Use it to confirm a teammate's change or to investigate something that looks wrong.

Common mistakes

  • Treating the activity log as undo — it records history, it does not reverse actions.
  • Ignoring repeated sign-ins from unknown locations; investigate and tighten Security if you see them.

Best practices

  • Skim the log after major changes or new staff onboarding.
  • Combine with Security → Devices when something looks off.
