Automatic, but still yours
Automation is only useful if you can
steer it. These are the controls you get, and they are on by default where being careful
is the safer choice.
Publish at sensible times
Posts go out inside the hours you allow, spaced apart rather than in a burst. Auto Social also learns which of your slots get engagement and leans towards them.
Control how often you publish
Set a daily cap and a minimum gap between posts, per destination. A busy publishing day will not flood anyone’s feed.
Never post the same thing twice
Before anything is queued it is checked against what you have already published — the address, the headline, a fingerprint of the text, and how similar it reads to recent posts.
Approve first, if you want to
Approval mode holds every post for a look before it goes out. Turn it on permanently, or just for the first week while you get a feel for it.
Know exactly what happened
Every post carries its reason: published, waiting for its slot, held for approval, skipped as a duplicate, or stopped by the platform — in plain words, with the platform’s own message.
Recover from temporary failures
A platform timing out is not the same as a rejected post. Temporary problems are retried on a sensible delay; permanent ones stop and tell you, rather than retrying forever.
Reuse a rule somewhere else
Once a rule works for one destination, copy it to another instead of building it again.
Choose what the post says
Lead with the headline, or with the opening of the article — and set how many words. The same choice applies to every channel.
