This page explains how to remove the data Goji.my holds about a social account you connected (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or Threads), as required by the platforms whose APIs we use.
What we store when you connect an account
When you connect a social account to your Goji.my workspace we store only what the integration needs to work: the account's identifier and display name, the access credential the platform issued (encrypted at rest), and records of the posts our service published to that account on your instruction. We never store your social-account password.
Delete it yourself — instantly
Open your Goji.my dashboard → Channels → find the connected account → Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access credential and the connection record, and stops all publishing to that account.
Deletion via the platform (Meta apps)
If you remove the Goji.my app from inside Threads (Settings → Account → Website permissions) or your Meta account settings, the platform notifies us automatically: we disable the connection at once, and a deletion request removes the stored credential and account identifiers. Meta shows you a confirmation code and a status link pointing back to this site so you can verify the deletion completed.
Ask us
You can also email [email protected] from the address on your Goji.my account and ask us to delete a connection, or your entire account — see our Privacy Policy for the full account-deletion process. We action deletion requests within 7 days.
What deletion does not touch
Posts already published to your social accounts remain on those platforms — they belong to your account there, and removing our access does not (and cannot) delete them. Your invoices and payment records with Goji.my are retained as required by law.
