Your account is created automatically as soon as your payment clears — usually within a few minutes, not the next working day. We email you the moment it is ready, and it appears under Hosting in your dashboard.

We never put your password in an email. When your account is ready you get a link that shows it once, valid for 72 hours; after it has been read, our copy is deleted. If you miss it or lose the password, ask us for a reset rather than a lookup — nobody here can read it back to you.

Change the nameservers at whoever you registered the domain with to the ones shown with your hosting account in the dashboard. The change can take up to 48 hours to spread across the internet, and anything currently running on that domain will stop working during the switch, so set your new site up first.

No. Hosting is paid for the first term up front — a real server account is created for you the moment you pay, so there is nothing to trial. If something is genuinely wrong, our refund policy applies; you can read it at /legal/refund-policy.

Either. Paying for a year costs less than twelve monthly payments — the exact saving is shown on each plan above when you switch the toggle to Annual. Monthly is the flexible choice; yearly is the cheaper one.

Yes, and you do not have to start again — your site, email and databases stay where they are. Ask from the hosting page in your dashboard and we will move you across and sort the billing difference out with you. Moving down is possible too, as long as what you are using still fits inside the smaller plan.

Nothing immediately. You get a grace period of 7 days after the renewal date with everything still running. Past that the account is suspended, which takes the website and email offline — but your files, databases and mail are all kept exactly as they were, and nothing is deleted automatically. Pay the outstanding invoice and we switch it straight back on.

Not in a way you can restore yourself — there is no one-click restore in your dashboard today, so please keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose. The control panel gives you the tools to download a backup of your files and databases whenever you want, and it is worth doing that before any big change.

Yes, any time, from the hosting page in your dashboard. There is no lock-in contract. Your account keeps running to the end of the term you have already paid for — cancelling stops the next renewal, it does not cut you off on the day.

A free SSL certificate that renews itself, the DirectAdmin control panel, email on your own domain with webmail and spam filtering, your choice of PHP version, phpMyAdmin, cron jobs and full DNS control. The plans differ in how much space, traffic and how many sites, mailboxes and databases you get — never in which features you are allowed to use.

In Europe. Your plan is priced and charged in Nepali rupees and the service is built for websites and businesses in Nepal, but the machines your site actually runs on are in a European data centre — we do not operate one in Nepal. That is worth knowing before you buy: if your site has to be served from inside Nepal for a legal, compliance or latency requirement, this is not the right plan for you.

Yes. Khalti and Fonepay are both available at checkout, and bank transfer is there if that suits your accounts better. You do not need an international card to buy hosting from us.

Yes — every hosting plan is priced in rupees, so the amount you agree to is the amount you are charged. If you are browsing from outside Nepal the site may show you an approximate figure in your own currency for convenience; the rupee price is the one that applies.

Yes. Every plan gives you PHP with a version you choose yourself, a MySQL database and phpMyAdmin, which is everything WordPress needs. The same is true for Laravel or any ordinary PHP site. Starter includes one database, so it suits one WordPress site; the larger plans allow more.
