Notifications

Overview

Notifications keeps you informed about orders, security events, deals and more. You control which categories reach you, and the sidebar bell shows your unread count.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open Dashboard → Notifications.
2. Unread items are highlighted; click the dot to mark one read, or use Mark all read in the header.
3. Open Preferences and toggle each category (e.g. deals, security, product updates). Your choices are saved per-account.
4. When a category is switched off, the system stops creating those notifications for you.

Common mistakes

• Turning off Security notifications — keep these on so you are warned about new sign-ins.
• Expecting email for every notification; some events are in-app only unless email is configured.

Best practices

• Keep security and order notifications enabled; mute only low-value categories.
• Clear your unread list regularly so the badge stays meaningful.
