Does creating a purchase order change my stock?

No. Stock changes only when you receive the goods against the PO with a Goods Receipt (GRN). Until then the PO is just a plan.

What is a supplier opening balance?

The amount you already owe a supplier at the moment you add them to Goji. It sets the starting point of their payable ledger so your books are correct from day one.

Can I delete a supplier?

Only if they have no open purchase orders. Otherwise set them to Inactive to keep the purchase history intact.

Is the Profit and Loss date-accurate?

Yes, it is bounded to the date range you select.

How can I pay for hosting from Nepal?
